Large size: 800 yen (Total dimensions of length, width, and height exceeding 200cm)

Instructions for Use
① Visit/Make a reservation
Making a reservation in advance will ensure a smoother experience. Reservations take priority during busy times.
③ To go sightseeing
Enjoy cycling and exploring the town.
② Registration
We will confirm the number of your luggage and give you a numbered tag. For additional items or luggage storage only, please proceed to the cashier.
④ Receipt
We will return it to you in exchange for your numbered ticket before closing time.

Suitable for: standard suitcases (up to approximately 28-30 inches), duffel bags, backpacks, strollers, folding umbrellas, etc.
Inquiry: Skis, snowboards, long items, extra-large suitcases
Items not allowed: Valuables (cash, precious metals, passports, etc.), perishable or refrigerated goods, dangerous goods (flammable materials, sharp objects, batteries, etc.), and items that violate laws or public order and morals.
Notes on use
Free use is limited to "one item per rental bicycle during the rental period."
Additional charges may apply for any excess time or extensions, or we may refuse to provide them.
Pick-up is available until closing time on the same day. We cannot process orders after closing time.
Compensation for damages due to breakage, theft, natural disasters, etc., will be limited to the amount specified in the store's terms and conditions (please refrain from bringing in high-value items or precision equipment).
We may ask you to check the contents of the package.
We cannot accept hazardous materials for storage.

A. We can accommodate your request if we have sufficient stock and storage space. During peak seasons, reservations take priority.
Q. What is the maximum size you can accommodate?
A. Standard suitcases are accepted. Extra-large or oversized items may not be accepted depending on the congestion on the day.
Q. If I extend the rental time, will the free period also be extended?
A. If the rental extension is confirmed, the free rental period will apply to that extended time. The staff will update the time on your receipt.
Q. What are the payment methods?
A. Additional charges and storage-only fees can be paid in cash or via cashless payment methods as instructed by the store.
Q. Is it okay to use on rainy or snowy days?
A. We can store your items in our store. Please allow extra time if the weather is bad.
