COTARU is a café and e-bike rental shop in Inaho, Otaru, about 5 minutes on foot from both Otaru Station and Otaru Canal. Food, a break, a bike, a place for your bags: we're here to help you enjoy your time in Otaru.

All our bikes are electric-assist, so Otaru's hills are easy.
