Prerequisites for use (basic steps to minimize mistakes)

As a guideline, 1 teaspoon = approximately 3g, and a pinch = approximately 0.3g. Start with a small amount and adjust as needed.
Whole fragrances are used to release their aroma with the initial oil, while powders are used in the middle to finishing stages to define the direction of the fragrance.
When it comes to strongly scented spices (cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, star anise), the key is to "not add too much."

クミン（Cumin）

Effect: The savory, earthy aroma creates the core of what makes a curry taste authentic.
